Five differences you can test in an evaluation

On this page3 sections

The operating choice

Replace tool-count thinking with the economics and control of the complete workflow.

Predict the commercial model

Start with the proposed platform fee and included-device allowance, then model progressive device bands, protected SaaS users, and pooled storage without hidden technician or module counts. Confirm final terms before purchase.

Reduce operating handoffs

Keep customer, device, service, backup, network, cloud, commercial, approval, and evidence context in one governed operating layer.

Keep authority with your MSP

Choose connected providers, roles, policy, data placement, approvals, AI provider, model, autonomy, and the people permitted to act.

Try this in your evaluation

One connected client journey

Illustrative scenario · use it to plan a test, not as proof of a result

Fictional journey: a test device alerts, a ticket retains client context, an approved action runs and a reviewer checks the outcome before closing the ticket.

Define a successful result

Check these support boundaries

  • Client identity and permissions
  • Signal, ticket and proposed action
  • Approval or policy authorization
  • Outcome evidence and commercial scope

Acceptance record

Require matching client/resource IDs, authority, actor, action result and post-action observation across each handoff. Compare the included scope and provider connection record with the written offer.

Limits to resolve

This is a concept evaluation, not a recording of a supported production journey. Preapproved policy can authorize a bounded action; an exceptional action needs approval at the time of execution.

Five concrete differences

Commercial clarity, team access, governed automation, shared evidence, and AI choice.

Transparent per-device economics

Dayrook shows the proposed base fee, included managed-device allowance, progressive additional-device bands, protected-user SaaS Backup pricing, and pooled backup storage.

Unlimited technicians and customers

The proposed platform plan does not add a separate license charge for each technician or customer organization; final terms require confirmation.

Approval-first automation

Automation and AI-assisted plans return to tenant, role, policy, MFA, approval, provider, agent, rollback, and audit controls before protected action runs.

One operational record and evidence trail

Signals, ownership, tickets, actions, approvals, provider or device results, recovery, reporting, and audit evidence stay connected to the same customer context.

Bring your own AI provider

Connect a supported provider and model under your policy. You pay that provider directly; Dayrook does not add AI-credit pricing or turn model output into authority.

Decision standard

Verify every difference against your own devices, customers, roles, and policies.

Dayrook keeps scope, access, approval, data placement, and audit evidence visible where the decision happens.

Review the security approach
Control visible

Pricing assumptions stay inspectable

Model the published base fee and progressive device bands, then confirm billable quantities, extras and final commercial terms for your order.

Control visible

Unknowns stay visible

Provider, operating-system, release, regional, migration, and external-certification limits should remain explicit during evaluation.
