Which measurement and commercial details must be confirmed?
The calculator counts active managed devices, active protected SaaS users and retained backup storage. Confirm the billing snapshot or averaging method, partial months, suspended devices, shared mailboxes, deduplication/compression, decimal GB measurement, retrieval/egress, taxes, currency, term and cancellation in the written offer. These edge cases are not priced by the calculator.
Is there a minimum monthly price?
Yes. The proposed $99 monthly model includes up to 50 managed devices, the target Dayrook product suite for evaluation, unlimited technicians, and unlimited customer organizations. Final commercial terms must be confirmed before purchase.
How do the device bands work?
The first 50 devices are included in the platform fee. Additional devices are billed progressively from device 51. Only devices inside each volume band use that band's rate, so crossing a threshold never reprices earlier devices.
How are SaaS Backup and storage billed?
SaaS Backup is billed per protected Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace user. Every managed device adds 10 GB and every protected SaaS user adds 25 GB to one account-wide pool. Additional retained storage is $0.04 per GB per month.
Does Dayrook charge for AI credits?
No. Connect your own provider and API key. Your AI provider bills its usage directly, and Dayrook adds no AI credit or usage charge.
