Every access has a boundary

Useful access. Explicit control.

Keep fleet state and compliance beside the customer, user, policy, ticket, and audit record.

01

Connect enrollment

Authorize the supported Apple Business Manager or Android management program in the correct tenant and region.

Confirm this step for your release, permissions and environment.

Connect enrollment, policy, compliance, action, and ownership.

Gate remote actions through role, platform capability, customer policy, and approval.

Inside the workflow

The work this connects.

Apple enrollment
Support Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment program and assignment workflows.
Android management
Use Android Management API enrollment, policy, application, and device lifecycle workflows.
Profiles and policy
Define supported passcode, encryption, restriction, network, and configuration requirements.
Managed applications
Publish, assign, update, and review delivery state for supported managed apps.
Compliance operations
Flag non-compliant devices, explain failed rules, and connect remediation to alerts, tickets, and automation.
Lost-device actions
Run supported lock, reset-passcode, lost mode, location, or erase actions with risk-appropriate confirmation.

Try one useful scenario

Requested is not device-confirmed

Fictional example: request a test-device policy change. The provider accepts it while the device is offline. The operator leaves it pending until a device check-in confirms application. Requested, provider-accepted and device-confirmed are three distinct states. The enrollment owner checks certificate/token expiry and renewal access. Before combining native MDM with Intune, name the authority for each setting and test whether the exact ownership mode permits that combination.

What a useful result must show

Keep requested, provider-accepted and device-confirmed times separate. Record enrollment mode, certificate owner, renewal date and duplicate-management exclusions.

Check the support boundaries
  • iOS/iPadOS and macOS ownership modes
  • Android Enterprise program and enrollment
  • Windows enrollment and actions
  • Certificates/tokens, renewals and Intune policy ownership

Confirm each OS, ownership mode and action. Intune visibility is not authority to run a second conflicting native MDM policy.

Scope, availability and evaluation details

Apple and Android capabilities differ by ownership mode, operating-system version, enrollment, provider program, and release.

Location, lost mode, wipe, lock, and other sensitive actions require the applicable platform support and authorization.

The proposed $99 monthly model includes the target product scope for evaluation, unlimited technicians, unlimited customers, and the first 50 managed devices. Final terms require confirmation. See transparent pricing →

Apple and Android enrollment

Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment connect through Apple certificate and token workflows; Android Enterprise uses the Android Management API enrollment and policy path.

Provider delivery with device read-back

APNs and Android Management API delivery tracks requested, accepted, retried, failed, and current device state; profiles and high-risk commands remain tenant-bound and replay-safe.

Enrollment programs, push providers, identity, customer policy, asset records, service work, and compliance reports stay linked.

Questions, answered

Before you choose your next step.

Does Dayrook support Apple and Android devices?

Target design: Apple workflows use supported Apple Business Manager enrollment paths, and Android workflows use Android Management API.

Can it distribute apps and profiles?

Target design: Supported managed apps, profiles, assignments, delivery state, and compliance rules are handled within tenant policy.

Can a technician erase a device immediately?

Erase is a destructive action. It requires exact permission, step-up authentication, explicit confirmation, and any configured approval before dispatch.

Does Dayrook know whether a command reached the device?

Command state is tracked from request through provider acceptance, delivery or retry, and later device read-back where the platform exposes it.

Your next step

Choose a device group with one ownership model.

Start with the Apple or Android enrollment path you need. Check prerequisites, permissions, policy behavior and removal before expanding to a client fleet.
